Mamatha Pinninti, MD

Mamatha Pinninti, MD, is a general cardiologist and advanced heart failure and VAD/heart transplant cardiologist with Saint Thomas Heart, part of Ascension. Dr. Pinninti is board-certified in internal medicine and cardiology. She provides care for heart failure, cardiomyopathy, cardiogenic shock, post heart transplantation, post LVAD implantation, chest pain, arrhythmia, heart valve problems, and shortness of breath to all adult patients.

Dr. Pinninti has a special interest in cardiomyopathy and advanced heart failure. She strives to be the patient's advocate and works hard to establish trust and relationship with her patients and families to achieve great outcomes.

Outside of the office, Dr. Pinninti enjoys traveling with her family, biking, and gardening.
